The Test Analyst will oversee all aspects of application functional testing activities for the Meditech Abstracting module and functionality as well as 3M’s Coding & Reimbursement system. This includes testing of interfaces between Meditech and 3M, and the subsequent transactions to Revenue Cycle Management system 2. Minimum 2 years acute care coding experience 3. Must be proficient in written, verbal, and presentation skills 4. Experience with software testing tools, processes and techniques a HUGE plus 5. Analyze functional requirements for initiatives that do not require a change to the core IT&S infrastructure or present significant technical or operational risk. Develop test approach, plan, and dependencies. Assist with ORA activities which support performance testing and operational readiness testing, as needed. 6. Develop all test plans with a Risk Based Methodology and ensure the test plan has been agreed upon by all stakeholders. 7. Lead the development of a test case, test data, traceability matrix, and metrics to ensure all testing requirements are met and documented. Communicate results to IT and key stakeholders. Track and verify any required corrections and ensures completion. 8. Perform all test execution and defect management activities for the full lifecycle of the project. Testing lifecycle phases will include but are not limited to Integration testing, System testing, End to End testing and Regression testing. 9.
