Experience with MVC frameworks, such as Zend or CakePHP. Experience with WordPress is critical; particularly deep experience with the inner workings and customization options. As I mentioned above, our implementation is highly customized, so just having spent time building a personal WordPress blog site is not sufficient. We need someone who really knows the inner workings. Experience integrating with web services via REST is required. CSS experience required. Experience with jQuery is not necessary, but preferred.
