QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDE BELOW, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Database Technology - Intermediate to Expert Level Skill Set
(5+ Years of experience)
o The candidate will possess an intermediate to expert level of
knowledge and experience in SQL Query building, database management, data
integrity, as well as database design and development using either
Microsofts SQL Server 2007, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server
Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services and other similar products
or other similar product.
o The candidate will possess an intermediate level of knowledge
and experience in data warehouse design and management, which includes STAR
and Snowflake schema.
Analysis through Excel - Intermediate to Expert skills in
Excel.
o The candidate will possess the ability to create and utilize
pivot tables, excel formulas, and macros. The candidate will possess a
strong ability to develop professional level metrics and analysis based on
information sourced.
Candidate will have experience in a distributed and
centralized support technical environment with exposure to asset, incident,
request, and problem management tools.
Ability to take initiative and seek opportunities for
improvement of current process.
Independently identify instances in which the candidates
expertise and skills can best benefit the team and the pursuit of its goal.
The candidate will need to be able to process data sourced
by the team and turn this data into valuable information that the team and
management can use in making critical decisions.
The candidate will need to be able to track various projects
at once and will need to be able to delivery on various requests on these
different projects daily.
High attention to detail in data analysis and data
integrity.
Proficiency with MS Office, MS Access, MS Visio, MS
SharePoint and Service Management Tracking Systems
A background in Six Sigma methodology and statistics is
preferred, but not required.
Experience in managing new process development and
implementation.
Excellent organization skills, demonstrated sense of
responsibility and results oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Relationship builder and team player.
Ability to respond under pressure to many demands
