The primary function of the SQL Developer is to gather requirements, build,
modify, document and support the HRSS internal SQL Server which is being
configured as HR Shared Services Data Warehouse. Need to be able lead the
training effort of peers within the Information Delivery function through
hands on training. Will be responsible for helping peers to automate current
reports which are currently produced through other tools by reconfiguring
them through the use of SQL tools. Provide support through configuration of
self service tools for our Analytics and HRBP.


Development experience with SQL Server/T-SQL, SS Integration Services/DTS,
SS Analysis Services/ MDX and SS Reporting Services
Strong understanding of relationships (joins), referential integrity and
understand the use of indexes
Effective comprehension, listening, interpersonal and communication skills
are essential, as are time management skills and the capacity to meet
deadlines in a fast-paced office environment. Relies on experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with all levels
of the organization
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and
tools including Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio.
