Understand, analyze, update and improve process related to requirements Need to be proactive, to influence the customer and client teams to improve their requirements process, and to follow up. Get a good grasps of requirement activities and more importantly understand the ramifications and how it impacts other development activities including testing Experience with embedded software development is required. Knowing specification management tools would be a plus.
