Candidate should have good oral and written communication skills. In addition, working with other team members in other locations and/or time zones will be required. Essential - At least 8+ years of experience in an system developer role utilizing Microsoft .NET tools & technologies. - Experience developing and supporting complex projects & systems. - Concentrated industry expertise in financial services. - Experience thriving in a task, goal, and performance oriented team environment. - Strong oral, written, and analytical skills. - Ability to write clear & detailed technical documentation regarding design decisions and testing criteria. - Experience with and thorough understanding of the use of design patterns. - Experience in producing unit test scripts.
