Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. * Work on Admin items on Configuration changes - including Profile Updates * Manage ongoing monthly and weekly data loads to Salesforce * Manage a quarterly sandbox audit process (internal process) * Work on the testing and delivery of New Packages for Salesforce for Outlook/Install new packages for business in our sandboxes * Manage incident tickets and relationship transfer requests via data load Required Skills * The split between development and administration type activities is 40/60 (40% development, 60% administration) * Must have 8+ Years of experience This individual who fills this position will have the following responsibilities: * Maintain Multiple Sandboxes in 2 Organizations * Administer User Access in Sandboxes * Work on Admin Items on Config Changes * Work on Profile updates * Ongoing Monthly and Weekly Loads * Daily ACAT Loads * Cleaning all sandboxes in Institutional to sync up Sandbox Audit * Refreshing Institutional Sandboxes on a periodic basis * Work on New Packages for Salesforce for Outlook / Install New Packages for Business in Sandboxes Thanks and Regards, Chandan Kumar IRIS Software, Inc.
