· System performance monitoring and threshold alerts
for: IOS, LABD, LAJS, QUEUE, LATM, LASE, LAWSEC, SMTP
· Process Flow: BPM, RMI, EM SCH
Lawson programs and resources monitored: Lawson Portal,Lawson Product
lines, LDAP Connection, COBOL, Websphere, WebServer
Hardware Resources Monitored: CPU Utilization, MEMORY Utilization, SWAP
Utilization, PROCESS running, STORAGE grow
Information business intelligene monitoring support: Lawson
Environment, Quarterly Capacity Planning, Lawson Patch
Management, Environment patch application Portal
