The Project Manager will have to learn the program objective and scope for the work stream across all business, operations, and technology areas . The Project Manager will be based at onsite and will interact with the client for the requirement and pass the same to the offshore as well as onsite team. (The team consists of TLM resources, BO/Infoview report developer, and production support associates both at onsite and offshore) He should be well versed in organizing meeting, stakeholder management, creating project plan, maintaining the project timelines, resource loading and unloading. The Project Manager will also be managing issues and risks, identifying potential roadblocks and be accountable for keeping project on track. The Project Manager will participate and or lead discussions with business and technology groups to facilitate requirements gathering, testing, and implementation. The Project Manager should be able to understand and prioritize business requirements and come up with innovative solutions to business problems, to help the technical team produce quality deliverables.
