BMC Remedy Action Request System v7.6+ - Development and Integration 2.ITSM Suite v7.6+ (Service Desk, Change & Release Management, SLM, Asset Management, SRMS, Software Lifecycle Management), Knowledge Management, Atrium CMDB 8.x, Atrium Integrator. 3. Out-of-the box and third-party integration with BMC Remedy tools, web services and APIs 4. Implementation Knowledge of Change Management using BMC Remedy ARS v7.x, v8.x From Scratch Implementation of any of the ITIL Service Strategy or Service Operation Process using BMC Remedy ARS v7.x, v8.x *Role Description:* · Remedy configuration and customization with experience in Remedy Asset Management · Implementation - BMC ARS 8.x, ITSM Suite 7.X, SLM 7.X, Remedy Migrator, Web services, APIs and Plug-ins, Remedy Developer Studio.
