O365 Architect/Products Administrator
This position will be responsible for the development, planning,
coordination, implementation, and
maintenance of the company’s collaboration tools. The candidate will
provide Administration support for the
Microsoft Office 365 collaboration environment, Email Gateway Servers, and
other related collaborative
systems and technologies as well as keeping up‐to‐date with the future
direction and capabilities
of Office 365 in the Collaboration Operations area.

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· In depth understanding of the capabilities of MS Office 365.
· Expertise MUST include architectural design, development, migration,
management and supporting
O365 implementations.
· Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory services including
forest and domain design,
policies, trusts, replication and topology.
· Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services
(ADFS) design, topology, and
integration with various products.
· Significant experience with Microsoft Exchange services, design and
topology.
· Proven experience with Microsoft Office 365 (including hybrid) services,
design, topology, and
migration.
· Hands‐on experience should include Exchange (email, calendar, notes,
address book) to O365, Lotus
Notes (email, calendar, notes, address book) to O365 migration
· Proven experience with Integration of these technologies with various
security capabilities including
mail gateways, multi‐factor authentication, encryption, and e‐discovery.
· Proven experience with integration of these technologies with various
network capabilities.
· Experience with Microsoft Lync/Skype of Business (including voice)
services, design and topology.
· The Analyst will provide Level 2/3 support. 5‐7 years of experience
supporting Enterprise Messaging
environment leveraging Microsoft technologies with proficiency in Microsoft
Office 365, Outlook 2010,
2013, 2016, OWA, and Lync/Skype.
· Must have in‐depth knowledge and working experience of permissions,
roles, SMTP Mail Flow, Anti‐
Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and Power Shell cmdlet Scripting.
· Must have knowledge of email Archiving, Data Loss Protection (DLP),
eDiscovery, and Retention
Policies & Tags. Must have knowledge of O365 Admin Center and know how to
utilize it to conduct
necessary actions to support, administer, and troubleshoot O365 issues.
· SharePoint and One Drive for Business. Experience with Yammer
(Administration, Directory
Synchronization and Single Sign‐On) is preferred.
· Basic knowledge or experience configuring mobile devices (phones and
tablets) from multiple
manufacturers. Familiar with Mobile Device Management (MDM) concepts is a
plus.
· Must have excellent analytical and troubleshooting / problem‐solving
skills. Must be self‐motivated
customer service oriented individual with a strong work ethic and have the
ability to multi‐task, work
independently, but also be part of a team, and drive work to completion in
a fast‐paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills are necessary, as the candidate will work
with all levels Nationstar
personnel as well as external customers and vendors.
· Must have good documentation and project planning skills.
· Must be able to translate technical issues to a business level
understanding and business requirements
to a technical solution.
· Must have the ability to evaluate emerging technology and discuss pros
and cons of each to arrive at a
detailed recommendation.
· Must have the ability to coordinate people, process, and technology tools
necessary to execute process
initiatives. Must be able to provide after‐business hours support as needed.
· Knowledge of Symantec eVault is a plus.
*TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*
*Hardware and Systems Software:*
· Extensive experience in O365 products,
· Fundamental understanding of network and Internet concepts (e.g.,
firewalls, load balancers, web
browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, etc.)
· Effective analytical, planning, organizational, problem determination and
resolution process skills.
· Advanced O365 and Skype for Business skills.
· Server configuration, tuning, capacity planning, performance, monitoring,
and diagnostics.
· Replication, archival, journaling, email routing, transaction logs and
clustering
· Troubleshooting O365 client interface.
· Log analysis and error resolution
· Manual creation and manipulation of Server, Person, Connection, Group,
Program, Policy documents
· Relevant experience withO365 collaborations, such as email, Link, One
Drive.
· Familiarity with SOX regulations and best practices implementing Internal
controls to be in compliance
· Effective teamwork and excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
both oral and written, in a
multicultural environment.
*QUALIFICATION*
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of
education, training and experience.
· 3-5 years’ experience in O365.
