Line of Business: Internet Services Group Job Classification: E-Business Sys Consultant Position Description: Experience Level: 10+ years tech The Internet Services Group (ISG) within Wells Fargo is the driving creative and technical force behind Wellsfargo.com. ISG helps customers realize their financial needs by delivering the world's most innovative e-banking and e-commerce services, capabilities, and alliances. This position is part of an overall Business Analyst team working on areas as diverse as Sign-on, Authentication, Account Balances & Transaction History, Alerts, eDocs, and Personal Financial Management. The overall team environment is collaborative and supportive towards providing the best analysis service with consistently high-quality requirements documentation. In this role, you will: >>Act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). >>Be responsible for producing business requirement artifacts - including Use Cases, Business and Message Rules, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications, and User Interface Design Specifications - for large and complex projects. >>Be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from Inception through post-Install Transition. >>Work directly with all levels through to senior management across the organization and be considered the highest-level functioning expert. Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams. Basic Qualifications 10+ years experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting. Minimum Requirements In addition to the Basic Qualifications, the successful candidate should have: 10+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with experience on high volume transactional web applications Solid knowledge of financial services and Online Banking Proven ability eliciting and gathering requirements, preferably in Use Case format, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex, high-visibility projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities. Sample Use Case required as part of screening process.
