Duration : 6+months
Required . 10+ years technical project management
experience of internet technology projects with recentexperience in data
migration and/or conversion projects related to merger or acquisitions
Demonstrated expertise in SDLC
At least 3 year experience with Agile, RUP or XP as TPM
At least 5 year experience managing J2EE with Oracle PL/SQL
application development projects
Demonstrated experience in project risk management, issue or
defect management, escalation management with properand timely communication
and ensures that milestones are achieved on-time, on-budget and in scope
At least 4 year experience with Clearquest, or other Defect
Tracking System
Advanced technical reporting and presentation skills using
MS Office software suite
Sharepoint/Wiki publishing experience
Ability to work well with multi-disciplinary teams
Good English communication skills
BS in Computer Science or business administration or
comparable job experience in related IT positions
Helpful . Familiarity with managing projects with emphasis in
money movement platforms like Bill Pay, Transfers, Billing Systems
Familiarity with J2EE, WebLogic Application Server, Oracle,
struts, axis, spring, SOA, MQ, NDM, Autosys, ant, unix shell scripting
Experience with managing complex performance and scalability
projects
Experience with managing Merger & Acquisition related
projects
Project Management certification
Daily Responsibilities . Lead daily scrums for multiple
projects with similar release schedules
Update project plan (MS project)
Project risk management with attention to defect tracking,
resource availability, environment availability
Budget tracking
Oral and written communication e.g. daily status reporting
