Experience producing design and test deliverable. Customer service and communication skills. Experience installing certificate based HTTPS websites. Programmer/Analyst must meet the skill and experience requirements in two of the three skill areas. *Skill Area 1 - Software Development:* *Required Experience** :-* Two (2) years general programming experience with C# .NET. Two (2) years experience in general database development skills and experience in building database applications with SQL Server or other relational databases. *Desired Experience** :-* Experience with Windows Communications Foundation, Windows Services, Web services, XML with the ability to create and edit XSL style sheets. Experience with T-SQL development of stored procedures, database design and modeling, and report development using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). General programming experience with Visual Basic 6.0. Experience with component application development in Visual Basic (COM and DCOM). *Skill Area 2 - Analyst Skills*: *Required Experience** :-* One (1) year experience gathering and documenting requirements. One (1) year experience in the use of a structured System Development Lifecycle approach.
