Required Skills: Must have ARS Remedy applications with at least 5+ years of hands on experience. Should have experience with ITSM 7.1 or higher Must have Implementation experience with SRM 7.6 & CMDB Experience with Foundation Data and CMDB, AIE Experience with Java, C or scripting to develop custom workflow and APIs Strong Database skills Oracle/PL-SQL Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ITIL Foundations Certified or higher Huge Plus.
