They will have advanced knowledge of multiple operating systems, application servers, relational databases, and middleware that is used throughout the software development life cycle. Design and development of Experian Decision Analytics proprietary software and client customize delivered software. •Web Application Server, Database, and Middleware support of application runtime environments. •Operating System support and stress testing/performance benchmarking. •Client Delivery support including onsite client facing installation, troubleshooting, and design sessions Bachelors or higher degree classification in Computer Science or synonymous technical field required. •*5 years* of single role or combined experience in a software development, systems engineering, or other related technical role •*2 years of Java or Enterprise Java experience required*. • Expert knowledge of *Web Services, SOAP and other XML based technologie*s • *Expert knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS*) •Strong knowledge of *UNIX *based operating systems and scripting. •Good knowledge of application servers besides WAS e.g. WebLogic •Good knowledge of Oracle or MS SQL. •Good communication and interpersonal skills. ***************The one key skill they must have *is IBM WepSphere Application Server expertise***************** •Demonstration of the ability to articulate technical items to customers and internal business units is strongly preferred. •Knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ series preferred. • Knowledge of Object Oriented software design and UML preferred •Experience of C++ preferred. •Experience of Lua and Perl scripting favorable. •Experience of issue tracking management using JIRA favorable.
