   We have requirements for the Peoplesoft HRMS/HCM Functional Consultant
for the location Omaha,NE.


*Job Description:*



*BUSINESS ANALYST: PeopleSoft Benefits*
·         Functional resource to help with the Employee Benefits.
·         Should have experience creating BRD documents and Functional
Specifications.
·         Review and update the Benefits Program, Benefits Plans etc.
·         Review and assist with the vendor interface requirements, testing
 etc.
·         Should be good at communication as the position will need a lot of
client co-ordination.
·         Experience implementing Benefits for Canada will be a great plus.

*BUSINESS ANALYST: PeopleSoft*
·         Functional resource to work on different projects involving
 PeopleSoft Modules like Payroll, HR, Benefits , Absence Management.
·         Should be able to understand client requirements and translate it
in to BRD and Functional Specification.
·         Should be able to create test plans and perform testing of the
changes once developed.
·         Should be good at communication as the position will need a lot of
client co-ordination.
·         PeopleSoft Technical Skills will be a plus.
