Job Description: *Role: Sr. Informatica Developer * Location: Columbus OH Duration: 12 Months (locals highly preferred) MUST HAVE SQL Experience: •Technical Analyst types of candidates who can interact with business users •Ability to write most basic SQL codes and understand concepts like INNER JOINs vs. OUTER. •Needs specific experience in writing SQL queries, designing and formatting custom excel reports and graphs. •Strong in writing SQL statements/Data Mapping/Oracle-coding and programming experience Description: The Data Warehouse Developer is responsible for eliciting requirements; designing dimensional data models; preparing written design documents; developing extract/transform/load routines using Informatica PowerCenter; performing intensive data analysis; testing ETL reports of others for quality assurance; and migrating releases into testing and production environments. In addition, the Data Warehouse Developer performs non-development work to include monitoring scheduled jobs; reviewing the results to determine success/failure; documenting success/failure; troubleshooting failures; providing up-to-date communication with the user community; and maintaining documentation Requirements: •BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in data warehousing and business intelligence project work •9+ years IT experience •Minimum of 4 yrs exp.
