*6 month contract within the EAI team at BSC in Arden Hills, MN. *They only have 1 Admin on their team and this person is to help assist with day to day duties, not just one project. *Will phone to hire ASAP – would like a start within one week. *** *Looking for:* Websphere MQ and Websphere Message Broker Administrator *(need BOTH)* *Websphere MQ and Websphere Message Broker Administrator position responsible for administration and configuration of a secure MQ Cluster and Message Broker V7 integration environment.* This role works closely with Integration, Network Security, and Project Teams to develop and manage required Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) infrastructure. *Requirements*: • 5+ years experience in WebSphere MQ Series Design, Configuration & Administration • 3+ years experience in WebSphere Message Broker Administration & some applications development/support within a large regulated organization • 1+ years experience with Websphere DataPower (need) • Experience with MQ Series & Message Broker administration & systems on AIX, Windows and Unix • Installing & configuring Windows Clusters, MQ Clusters & Message Broker v 7.x • Good understanding of network security configuration • Experience automating day to day tasks for managing complex messaging infrastructure • Good knowledge Horizontal/Vertical Scaling of the MQ Platform • Experience with Websphere DataPower • Experienced in administration & support of transaction processing systems • Experienced in Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) implementation, documentation & operation • Experienced in supporting projects that extend MQ Series infrastructure, MQ Clustering, SSL channels support, Publish/Subscribe, Client connections, etc. • Experience supporting enterprise business critical messaging through a high available MQSI/MQ Series architecture that exploits MQ Series clustering • Strong communication skills *Preferred Skills: (Not Required)* • AIX, Unix, and Windows scripting • Knowledge of C, Java & JMS -- *Kevin Swarky* Swarky Solutions -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
