*Location:Raleigh, NC* *Duration:6-12 Months +* * * *Skills/Qualification :* A minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HRMS or HCM version 8.9, 9.0, or 9.1, focused on the core HR (Person, Job, Position, etc.) module, is required. The successful candidate will have participated in multiple implementations of system integrations to PeopleSoft HCM. Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft core HR data structures, configuration and setup, and business processes within the application is required. *Candidates shall also demonstrate experience in the following:* - Working with mixed teams of business customers and vendors to gather requirements and map them to application and integration designs and functional specifications. - Implementation of systems integrations, specifically utilizing PeopleTools Integration Broker and PeopleCode calls to initiate Web Services messages. This experience must be with PeopleSoft HCM version 8.9 and preferably also in 9.0 or 9.1. - Prior University experience working in a relevant role is desired. - Significant development/programming experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft development technologies (PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Application Engine) is desired. - Working directly with developers to ensure that development meets business requirements and performing quality assurance testing. - Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communications skills are required, as well as the ability to quickly understand the dynamics and working processes of the Human Resources organization. *Responsibilities :* - Work with the I-9 System vendor (Lawlogix) and our customers in the HRIM and Employment units of Human Resources to define business and technical requirements for the interface. - Leverage expertise in the functionality and data schema of the HR system and experience with Web Services integration to provide direction for design decisions and develop functional and technical specifications to ensure that the results meets customer requirements. - Document all requirements, business process and workflow, specifications, and test plans required for the implementation. - Develop the required Web Service calls to the vendor’s site using PeopleTools, as required by the vendor’s specifications. - Perform other analysis and development tasks for core HR functionality related to the upgrade of client’s PeopleSoft HCM system to version 9.1, as time allows beyond the implementation of the interface to Lawlogix. * Sam (Santosh Pillai) Sr. Recruiter (IT Recruitment and Staffing) Contact: |Ph: 703– 372 -7830||703– 372 – 7941 Fax:540 –301 –0660 Email: [email protected] Website: www.abacs.com * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
