Application/Software Engineer capabilities with 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. *Needs good working experience with spring based java application framework to build and maintain the JEE/Java/spring based forms, controllers and business components debugging and changing code. *Has to have the database handling experience using hibernate and or JDBC, transaction handling and making appropriate call as needed by the business process. * Experience using web services, SOA based web service, Business process flow experience (ex. JBPM, and business rules handling using JBOSS DROOLS engine are required. * Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.
