Strong knowledge of SFCD business processes and workflows; demonstrated understanding of custom objects, fields, assignments and escalation rules, reports and dashboards. - Experience supporting enterprise systems, with a preference for familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM, CRM and Human Resources, Ceridian Human Resources, Payroll and LMS, SharePoint and Documentum.
