*Position:* Salesforce Developer
*Location:* Harrisburg, PA

*Responsibilities:*

- Development, maintenance and support of software applications.

- Responsible for maintaining relevant software code, including related
aspects of technical design and development.

- Managing projects and developing project specifications and schedules,
working with business users to document process flows and business logic,
and translating these into actionable requirements for technical development

- Lead and manage projects with cross-functional teams addressing
enterprise-wide business problems with integrated solutions that include
commercial off-the-shelf applications, databases and business intelligence
tools, data and business intelligence automation.

- Lead relevant application development efforts in support of Enterprise
CRM.

- Supervision of routine maintenance, performance monitoring and system
optimization.

- Participate in the design and implementation of Salesforce.com CRM and
related integrations with other systems by collaborating with internal
staff and business users, software architects, and database technicians on
architectural design issues, as well as setting timelines and managing
projects to successful completion on time, within budget and as defined in
business requirements.



*Requirements:*

- 3+ years experience working with Salesforce.com

- 5+ years experience with business analysis and related process analysis
directly with top tier CRM applications.

- 5+ years experience with CRM administration and development. Strong
knowledge of SFCD business processes and workflows; demonstrated
understanding of custom objects, fields, assignments and escalation rules,
reports and dashboards.

- Experience supporting enterprise systems, with a preference for
familiarity with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM, CRM and Human Resources, Ceridian
Human Resources, Payroll and LMS, SharePoint and Documentum.
