You can reach me on *847.874.7081 ext – 333 or **[email protected]*<[email protected]> *Role: Defect Coordinator.* *Location: Mooresville, NC* *Duration: 6+ months. * *JD: * · Responsible for creating the Defect Management Process that will be utilized during testing. · Ensure proper procedures are followed throughout the entire defect life cycle, from defect initiation to defect closure. · Work with IT PMs, Developers, LTC and Business teams to assign defects and ensure defects are addressed, managed and closed as appropriate. · Facilitate daily defect triage calls. · Create testing metrics and daily summary reports. · Ensure defects are properly logged, tracked and addressed in a timely manner. · Serve as HPQC “Administrator” to update and customize defect fields, trouble shoot, add users and resolve QC related issues. · Ensure deferred defects from previous releases that impact current release are properly tracked and handled by impacted stakeholders.
