Sr. Business Technical Analyst is needed to conceptualize and build solutions that support 'Assessments' and 'Reporting' requirements for SABA LMS. . Candidate should have extensive experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions, documenting requirements, analyzing and evaluating possible solutions to meet requirements. . Analyst is expected to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers/needs, create solutions to meet those needs, and work closely with the team to implement those solutions. . 8+ years of experience in roles related to design and development and/or implementation of learning management systems. . 2 to 6 years of experience in SABA LMS tool (maintenance, administration, customization, implementation, reporting etc). . Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to relate technical skills to non-technical customers . . Ability to interface well with customers and senior leadership. . Ability to provide direction and information to others both internal and external teams. . Ability to work both independently and in a team environment consisting of internal staff and external vendors. .
