*Job Description:*
- The Client Development group creates and maintains various Oracle
database centric applications in support of Small Package Costing and
International Finance reporting.
- The database developer will assist in the full life cycle of
application development within a RAD environment.
*Details of Position:*
· Support the development of business requirements and program
specifications
· Work closely with management team to design application flow
· Create and maintain various database applications
· Design and implement database schema’s and process flow
· Develop, analyze and execute system test plans
· Work closely with various application developers and business
analysts to maintain application accuracy
· Analyze Client data to determine necessary data constraints and
integrity
· Analyze various database applications for performance related
issues
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mgmt. Information Systems,
Mathematics or related
discipline
· Some experience in using ETL tools.
*Primary Skills:*
· 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis, applications
development and systems Architecture
· A minimum 5+ years of Oracle database development - performance
tuning, SQL, PL/SQL
· Experience in the following technologies or tools a plus – SQL
Navigator, PL/SQL Developer, C++, C#, .NET, Unix
5+ years technical expertise in database applications development
using Oracle (primarily on
MS Windows platforms)
· Advanced expertise in Oracle database SQL and DML (relational
data management)
· Advanced expertise in Oracle database PL/SQL programming
(packages, procedures/functions,
cursors, triggers)
· Some expertise in Oracle Database technologies – Oracle Server
10g / 11 (schema objects,
import/export, backup, tablespace/datafile management, partitioning)
*Primary Skill: Oracle database development – PLSQL, SQL and schema
development*

Position: Sr. Programmer Analyst -SQL Server Programmer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 1 year

Job Description:
· The Sr. Programmer Analyst will be involved in hands-on
development of databases using SQL Server 2000 in support of the various
BIA web applications.
· This will involve the design, coding, and support for both new
and existing applications using the full array of SQL Server tools.
· The BIA Systems Development group creates and maintains various
web-based
applications in support of Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and
Operations.
· The BIA database developer will assist in the full life cycle of
application development within a RAD environment.
Position Details
· Support the development of business requirements and program
specifications
· Assist in the creation of project timelines
· Work closely with management team to design application flow
· Create and maintain various databases
· Design and implement database scheme and process flow Develop,
analyze and execute system test plans
· Work closely with QA group to maintain application accuracy
· Analyze Client data to determine necessary data constraints
· Analyze databases for performance related issues
· Take full ownership of applications as it relates to automating
production posting cycles and communicating with the various stakeholders.
Primary Skill: SQL Programming
Additional Skills:
· SQL Language - Advanced
· SQL Programming - Advanced
· Microsoft Office - Intermediate
Skills:
· 4-6 years of experience in Database Analysis, Design, Coding and
Testing.
· 4 years of solid knowledge and extensive experience in T-SQL
· Experience in SQL Server 2005/2008 and/or OLAP
· Development skills in stored procedures, triggers, UDF, cubed
data, custom DTS packages using Visual Basic, and custom data transfers
· Expertise in process performance tuning and optimization – db
design, indexes, distributed views
· Advanced understanding of database design - relational integrity,
normalization, star schema Foundation in database administration - space
utilization,
load balance, process scheduling, security, replication, back
· Solid background of full life-cycle design, implementation,
backup, support and integration with front end applications
