* * *Oracle QTC Technical Configurator* *Location: Long Island, NY* *Duration: 3-6 months* * * *Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:* Ø Serve as contact point for the following business functions: Solution Design Group (PreSales), Sales, Product Marketing and Product house. Ø Architect solutions as part of enhancements and Integrate QTC as well as support them. Manage the development cycle: o Understand business needs; Gather business requirements o Analyze requirements; Identify Gaps o Design solutions from both process and functionality perspectives o Manage development and QA o Deploy and assimilate Ø Manage projects - provide effort estimate, plan project tasks and resources, manage project events and deliveries. Ø Provide ongoing support and training *Minimum Requirements:* Job Type: Business Processes, System Design and Implementation Required Education: 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience Required Travel: Up to 20% *Technical abilities* The QTC -Configurator Analyst will have expertise in the following areas: Ø Deep understanding of business processes Ø Primary applications knowledge – Configurator Ø Deep Understanding/experience in Oracle Quoting, Advance Pricing, Order Management. In addition, the following skills and experience are relevant: Ø Ability to analyze complex environments. Ø Creativity with designing integrative solutions. Ø Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ø Proactively takes ownership and initiative to fix problems. Ø Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to build partnership with the business Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
