Please review the detail job description and get back to me ASAP.* * * *Please send resumes to [email protected]* * * *Position: Project Manager (Primavera) * *Duration: 6-12 Months* *Location: Omaha, NE* 1) Direct reports, 2) Acting as resource to teams, 3) Heavy people management skills, 4) Coaching/skills analysis and training career planning, 5) Strategic planning, 6) Team and job design, 7) PDR and recognition, 8) Client/customer contact, 9) Working technical knowledge, 10) Working business knowledge, 11) Interviewing candidates and hiring decisions, and 12) Creativity and teamwork. *Required Experience / Skill Set include:* · 8+ years of proven IT and/or business project management experience. · Proven track record in a Project Management role with direct reports. · Experience with scope planning, prioritization, scheduling, time and budget management. · Strong resource and people management experience. · Quality and risk management experience with proven knowledge/track record of software engineering practices (handling full software development lifecycle on programs or projects). · Controlling and Closing of large scale programs and project portfolios · Experience leading systems development/support groups with both onshore and offshore teams, business process analysis, systems implementation projects, and carrying out needed Project Planning. · Proven administrative experience with timesheets, contractor invoices, managing customer commitments and communication; involvement in annual budget planning process; preparation of monthly project progress and variance reports of PTC Systems; managing requisition of software, licenses and hardware procurement · Understanding of technical architecture, multi-systems integration, business processes standards and guidelines · Strong problem-solving skills to develop unique solutions to complex problems without precedent. · Hands on MS-Office suite of tools like Ms-Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint · Leveraging Industry Best Practices to align Business goals with IT Strategies to deliver flexible & affordable solutions while improving communication and delivering projects on-time and on-budget · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Ability to build strong working relationships *Desired Experience/Skill Set include:* · Scheduling experience on medium to large scale projects with project management scheduling tools (such as MS Project, Clarity, etc.) PMI's PMP (Project Management Professional) certification · Proven track record utilizing Primavera product "hands-on." · Direct experience or familiarity with transportation systems and business. · Experience and ability to manage and support 24x7 operations of mission critical systems. *Accountabilities: * · Technical Knowledge: Requires conceptual knowledge of systems and technical architecture in order to provide integration into a multi-systems environment.
