1.
3 or more years of web development, including expertise in HTML, CSS,
AJAX, JavaScript and at least one of the following - PHP or a similar
object-oriented server-side scripting language
2.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to
communicate technical issues to a diverse non-technical audience
3.
Strong troubleshooting skills
4.
Strong understanding of common delivery and communication technologies
including HTTP, SSL, SMTP, UDP, TCP/IP, RMI
5.
Strong understanding and experience with agile software development
methodology.
6.
Experience with procedural scripting languages e.g. ANT, Maven,
JavaScript, VBScript, Perl, PHP, BASH, MS Batch
7.
Experience with configuration management systems (e.g., Perforce, CVS,
Subversion)
8.
Experience with content management systems
9.
Experience with MVC a strong plus.
10.
Experience with Java and Java Enterprise a strong plus.
