Description:
The successful candidate will have specific project experience implementing
complex SAP payroll conversions requiring the modification of SAP payroll
schema. In addition, they should have the required project management skills
listed below. This role will help us accelerate the number of international
payroll system conversions. The roll is a multi-year, contract to hire.
Some minimal travel may be required.
Project Management Skills:
The ideal candidate will be able to manage 4-5 projects at any given time.
Prior project management experience of 5-7 years or more is expected.
The successful candidate will have the following essential skills &
attributes:
Strong communication skills and ability to tailor communication style to
different audiences including executives
Ability to motivate & lead
Understands how to assign the right people to the right tasks
Able to read other people and respond appropriately
Willingness to do what is required to succeed (passionate to succeed)
Track record of managing sponsor's and stakeholders well (to ensure project
success)
Track record of meeting project milestones and deadlines
Strong analytic skills/ability to logically piece together solutions to
problems
Comfortable with ambiguity, doesn't require specific direction/details in
order to move ahead
Quickly engenders trust and confidence
