We have this urgent requirement with our Direct Client, if you have suitable consultants kindly send their resume with the following details.. · *Title:* SAP SD · *Location:* Westbrook – ME · *Duration:* 6 Months Contract To Hire * * *Note: *Some level of ABAP is required for this position, like debugging, knowing user exits reading code etc. *Job Description:* * * *Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * · Troubleshoot functional problems in *SAP R/3* and other application software when implemented. · Provide business analysis for Client operations. · Customize *SAP R/3* and other application software functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design. · Assess available technologies and communicate *SAP R/3* and other application software capabilities/possibilities. · Prepare business specifications for reports. · Develop business relationships and integrating activities with other departments to ensure successful implementations. · Lead small projects to ensure functionality is developed in a way that complies with business requirements and established methodologies & practices. · Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts. · Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels. · Provide back-up support on the Applications Support Helpdesk. · Create system User Guides. · Train end-users on new or changed functionality in the *SAP R/3*system. · Other duties as assigned. *Experiences Needed:* · 3-5 years of experience in the functional areas of expertise. · 5 or more years of experience with *SAP Sales* and *Distribution*(Basic Functions, Master Data, Pricing and condition techniques, Contracts and Scheduling Agreements, Billing and Billing interfaces with other applications, Service Management, Rebates and Extended Rebates, SIS. · In depth understanding of integration with *MM, LE* and *FI/CO.* · Knowledge of and experience with project management techniques for cross-functional projects. · Experience with software unit testing , Integration testing and User Acceptance Testing. *Required skills:* · Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills. · Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment. · Thorough understanding of business operations in a manufacturing environment. · Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with individuals at all levels within the company. · Good project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and executing projects. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Familiarity with relevant application architecture. · Strong knowledge of functional business processes preferred. *Education: * · Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or business-related (functional) discipline, with an understanding of programming concepts or equivalent work experience and technical training. *Thanks & Regards* *Babu David* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *Applied Thought*** *Phone* : 407-574-4426 *Fax :* 407-641-8184 *E Mail:** *[email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
