(1)Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant experience. (2) Candidates must have at least 2-3 completed Hyperion Planning implementations/deployments under their belt, with good balance of both functional and technical expertise. Should have had experience Should have drawn up Planning strategies working with business users and stakeholders Should know how planning approvals and sign-offs are taken within the tool and off it (3) Candidates must be proficient in facilitating discussions with client's business representatives. (4)Candidates' experience must demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills. (5)Experience with Hyperion Financials Reporting (HFR) and ODI is a plus. (6) Must be able to translate functional business requirements into a design. (7) Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing industries is a plus.
