It is made up of SAP Basis Administrators and Developers. The three main skill sets they are really looking for (in order of importance) are: 1) EHP5 (Enhancement pack 5) 2) Basic knowledge of Basis (5+ years) 3) TDMS (SAP Add on Application) Would be an extra bonus Interview loop: one phone screen, consisting of 20-30 close ended questions. Make sure they have everything in the job description. *Description: * • Minimum of 6 years of SAP Basis experience • Install SAP kernel, ABAP / J2EE support packages • Install / Configure SAP Solution Manager 7.0, including patching and configuration of the SLD, central and managed systems • Support SAP BSP application, trouble shooting BSP issues and assist development team as needed • Perform routine system health checks in the Basis, Oracle DB, and OS / Linux areas • Support application running in Unicode environment, including assisting application support team in codepage issues. • Perform routine transport migration • Analyze system performance and trouble shooting system / application issues as needed • Prior experience in support / trouble shooting issues in the HA (high availability) and DR (disaster recovery) environments desirable • Working knowledge in Linux environment strongly preferred • Support / trouble shoot printer related issues • Perform homogeneous data base refreshes • Strong background in troubleshooting issues in Java stack • Strong background in troubleshooting issues in the OS / DB areas • Working knowledge of shell scripting in Unix / Linux environment • SAP saprouter setup / configuration experience • Working knowledge in supporting BSI / Tax Factory software desirable • Working knowledge in SAP security authorization desirable • Working knowledge in SAP portal is desirable • ECC 6.0 EHP knowledge is preferred, especially EHP5 • Familiar with Remedy, HP Performance Manager, HP Quality Center is preferred • Prior experience as Unix / Linux admin a big plus • Prior experience as Oracle DBA a big plus • Prior ECC 6.0 upgrade experience a plus • Strong network experience a big plus Thanks & Regards * Prasad,* *[email protected]* *301 444 5010 x 1009* *yahoo IM: **recruiter.prasad*** * * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
