Demonstrate hands on experience with Websphere 7.x, tuning, configuration, sizing, clustering, deployment and problem resolution. Work closely with the technical Architects; contribute to solution design from an Infrastructure and Deployment perspective. Define, develop and enforce infrastructure setup and deployment standards and procedures.
