Position: Senior Enterprise Security Analyst Location: Framingham, MA Responsibilities: - In-depth knowledge of IT Security technologies and methods - Familiarity with IT regulations, PCI/Sarbanes-Oxley/Mass Privacy Laws - Collaboration with appropriate customers and peers to understand business requirements and define secure requirements and/or solutions. - Responsible for researching and providing input to Security strategy. - Responsible for the assisting in design of key security processes and initiatives with minimal technical direction. - Identifies and presents issues to project sponsor and assists in resolution. - Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals with both technical and non technical staff. - Responsible for planning, installation, configuration, data management, troubleshooting, roll out to production, maintenance of a Tivoli Identity Manager V5.0 solution. - Responsible for the design/development of programs/strategies/policies within Oracle - Maintain ITIM configurations, including roles, provisioning policies, services, reconciliations, reports and lifecycle rules. - Act as the Companys subject matter expert supporting the IBM Tivoli Identity Management System. - Responsible for developing and implementing customized ITIM connectors for ongoing deployment of ITIM. - Responsible for the implementation of the new system as well as for ongoing support and maintenance of the system. - Propose ITIM enhancements and/or integration designs for review. - Develops code and configuration to develop workflows, adapters and business rules. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and user application issues. - Bachelors degree required in Information Technology or related field. - CISSP Certification preferred - EBS R12 System Administrator preferred - IBM Advance technical exert certification preferred - 5+ years of experience integrating identity access management software into the business infrastructure and applications as it related to Oracle and ITIM applications. - Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (i.e. partnering, conflict management, mediation, etc.) - Strong time management and organizational skills Prabakar | Recruitment Consultant AIT Resource Group, Inc. 2500, West Higgins Road, Suite 1273 | Hoffman Estates, Illinois - 60169 Tel: 847-592-0915 | Fax: 847-594-6069 Mail: [email protected] | Web: http://www.aitrg.com Skype: ait.prabakar | Gtalk: ait.prabakar | Yahoo IM: ait.prabakar -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "American Vendor--IT Consulting" group.
