Job Description:
Technical Skills –
· Must have 8+ years of IT experience
· Winforms application development experience
· OO programming experience, OOML, Serialization. Knowledge of
Delegates, lambda and Generics
· .Net 4.0 / C# expert – deep C# web development experience. 8+/10
· Hands on experience with design patterns – façade, builder,
singleton etc.
· Sharepoint programming experience is required
· SQL experience- Normalization, T-SQL etc.
· Solid design skills – ability to complete projects from
requirements gathering to design to development independently and updating
v-team members.
· Architecture skills a plus
Personal Skills
· Excellent Communications skills
· Proven track record of being engaged on long term projects
· Good client interaction skills
· Self Starter
· Good v-teaming and leadership skills
