Play the role of an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master for our customers 3. Train and coach teams 4. Suggest better models practices for the use of the Agile teams 5. Report progress, risks and issue to customer and Wipro stakeholders WORKER QUALIFICATION: 1.. At least 3 years of Project/Program Management experience 2. Ability to communicate effectively in the English language in person, by phone, and in writing. 3. Ability for good articulation of ideas, presentation and excellent verbal communication skills 4. Excellent Client Interfacing & Consulting skills 5. At least 2 years of experience in the execution of a Scrum / XP projects preferably in a Scrum Master/Agile Coach role 6. Interact with the business teams and stakeholders for the successful execution of the agile project. 7. Experience on agile project management tools such as XPlanner, Version One or Rally is an added advantage 8. Should have adopted Agile in live projects/programs/organizations 9. Good understanding of the Software development life cycle the roles and responsibilities right from Requirements management, Testing to Release and Deployment. 10. Exposure to software development in an on site offshore model/Distributed Agile 11. Ability to work with offshore (primarily India based) teams 13. Ability to work independently and to be accurate, efficient and organized. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (MBA will be preferred) 2. Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry out of which at least 2 years in adopting methodologies like Agile, RUP etc . 3. Certified Scrum Master/Certified Scrum Professional/PMI Agile certification 4.
