Primary job duties include developing and maintaining custom, web-based applications (both back-end and user interface), participating in testing and code review, application documentation, and fulfilling some server administration duties with IIS and SQL Server. The right candidate will work well in a small team environment and will be eager to expand his or her knowledge and programming skills. * * *Mandatory Skills:* Familiarity with *Microsoft .NET 3.5 and 4.0* software development using *C#, including WPF, WCF, LINQ, and MVC*. Has understanding of MVC Framework. Experience with *Design Patterns, SOA, SaaS, Multi-Tenant, Refactoring, OO Design and related areas*. Can explain why/when to use dependency injection. Solid understanding of RDBMS including MS SQL Server (required) and other RDBMS (plus) Fundamental understanding of communication protocols: Web Services. Minimum 5 years software development and/or architect experience Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Self-starter who can operate well under a variety of different situations and types of projects, ranging from a team of one to a team of many.
