REQUIREMENT (1)
Need SHAREPOINT DEVELOPERS
Location:- INDIANAPOLIS, IN
Duration:- 12 to 18 months
Skype Interview required

Position Summary
The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for the custom
development and design of Enterprise SharePoint Server 2010
solutions.  They will work with SharePoint to provide technical
solutions for the client.
Responsibilities:
       Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy web parts, event receivers,
and workflows for Sandboxed or Farm level solutions.
       Solid working knowledge of SharePoint Designer 2010, workflows, Data
View Web Part.
       Solid knowledge of BCS Services, custom content types, SharePoint
security and permissions, SharePoint API and Client Object Model.
       Creation of deployment packages and utilization of Team Foundation
Server.
       Implementation of custom branding solution for SharePoint including,
Master Pages, Layout Pages, CSS, jQuery and jQuery UI components.
       Contribute to the creation of business software specifications,
develop and enhance computer software programs, and perform business
analysis and quality assurance testing.
       Design and implement program logic.
       Develop programming specifications, logic flow charts, and process
diagrams.
       Collaborate with business personnel to define requirements of
programming efforts.
       Report progress and status of assigned tasks to project teams and
managers.
       Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
 Requirements:
       5+ years of experience developing software for business
applications.
       1+ year of experience developing solutions using the SharePoint
Server 2010 platform.
       1+ years experience with Visual Studio 2010 and Team Foundation
Server.
       Professional experience in website development.
       Passion for and understanding of design patterns, standards and
brand guidelines.
       Understanding of the following languages: C#, XSLT, XML, LINQ, CAML,
Silverlight/XAML, PRISM Framework, AJAX, JSON, ASP.NET, CSS, jQuery,
WCF Data Services, WWF, HTML and SQL and RESTFUL services.
       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
       Strong oral and written communication skills.
       Bachelor’s degree or higher with a strong preference towards
computer and base sciences or mathematics.
       Completed one or more of the following Microsoft Certification
exams: 70-573 or 70-576.

Position Summary
The SharePoint Architect will lead the consultant delivery team while
utilizing an iterative approach to architectural design, development,
UI and technology integration efforts for various client projects.
Client projects will require deep knowledge of Windows SharePoint
services, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 and 2010,
design, development and integration of custom components and web
parts, WCM, Search, Document Management, ASP.NET, and SQL Server. The
SharePoint Architect will also lead client facing pre-engagement
strategy/educational sessions on various topics related to
Collaboration, Enterprise 2.0 concepts, Information Architecture,
Portals, Workflow, Document Management, WCM, Search, etc. for
Enterprise-level clients, often leading into specific Microsoft
technologies and solutions.
 Responsibilities:
       Recommend technology strategy by understanding key client
objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating
solution risks and barriers; recommending delivery approaches;
preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle
       Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate
business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives
       Implement architecture by building components and custom designs;
prototyping; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and
consistency; documenting system
       Validate system performance by developing and conducting test
scripts; completing bug fixes
       Prepares client to use IT infrastructure by developing and
conducting training programs
       Manage customer relationship by communicating architecture standards
and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues
       Actively participate in the business development lifecycle. Identify
opportunities, generate proposals, and support other sales efforts
       Increase organization effectiveness by identifying opportunities to
leverage solutions across multiple engagements
       Enhance overall team accomplishments and competence by planning
delivery of solutions; answer technical and procedural questions for
less-experienced team members; teach improved processes; mentor team
members
       Improve information sharing through awareness of emerging
technologies and; evaluating their applicability to business goals and
operational requirements
       Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;
reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;
participating in professional organizations
  Requirements:
       Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work
experience
       Consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting
architecture reviews, and consensus building
       Experience leading large group meetings/information gathering
sessions with senior-level executives
       Excellent written and oral communication skills
       Professional experience with n-tier application architectures
development
       Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at
both the detail and conceptual levels
       Knowledge of Data Modeling, Data Integration
       Experience with service-oriented architectures and XML
       Solid understanding of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
(MOSS), 2010 product and Windows SharePoint Services technology
platform. Strong understanding of Microsoft Information Worker
infrastructure and architecture.  Understanding of related products
such as Project server, Forms server, InfoPath, Dynamics CRM, etc
would be plus
       Extensive experience with Enterprise 2.0 concepts and ability to
effectively share knowledge with tea as well as client stakeholders

Role Description CRM Developer
• Responsible for the design and development of modifications or
extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM application.
• Responsible for coding, unit testing and creating supporting
documentation for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solutions.
• Gains understanding of customer’s needs and collaborates with other
consultants and support teams to complete design and testing
documentation. Provides technical input in creating functional
specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics
CRM are needed.
• Responsible for driving the effort to migrate the customers’ data
sources into Microsoft’s sources, ensuring proper alignment of data
models. Offers support on Microsoft tools for migration and
integration.
• Implements reports per requirements documents and standards.
• May be tasked with additional development tasks such as: developing
data migration procedures to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM to
legacy systems; creating services to be called from Microsoft BizTalk
Server for system integrations.
• Provides support and expertise on development technologies and
environments.
• Test modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability,
and conformance to established standards.
• Participates in system and acceptance testing.
• Provides work estimates that permit prioritization and assignments
to be made.
• Has awareness of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation
methodology, Sure Step; understands how the development and related
testing activities fit into the overall customer engagement lifecycle.
Hard Skills
• 2 to 5 years development experience with Microsoft development tools
