Duties & Responsibilites :	Job Description: The Network Operations Centre (NOC) engineer role is responsible for providing second line (CCNA and CCNP qualified) support of data and IT based Network communications services . Qualifications and Required Skills: • Qualified to be and possible member of a professional engineering / science institution.   • The typical role holder may have obtained some appropriate recognized industry accreditation at typically professional level from specific vendors. • Typically 5 years professional experience in the following areas:  • IP routing: EIGRP, BGP, VRRP/HSRP, GRE, IPSec, OSPF • Cisco switch and router hardware/software: IOS, CatOS, 6500, 7200, 5500, 7600 • Firewalls: Netscreen, Sidewinder • IP services: TACACS, DNS (QIP), DHCP, GLSB (Global Server Load Balancing), Cisco Global Site Selector, Cisco Distributed Director, SLB (Server Load Balancing), Cisco CSM, Cisco CSS, Local Director, proxies including Bluecoat, Sidewinder, Gauntlet
