| Duties & Responsibilites : | Description:-
Insight is looking for a Software Engineer to provide development, monitoring, and support for a browser-based reporting portal, the underlying database(s), and the automated tasks which populate the database(s) from multiple sources. Assist with internal audits. Provide advisory assistance to team members.
Skill Requirements:-
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Java object oriented programming.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience using Oracle Weblogic Server.
- 2 – 5 years’ experience using Java Server Pages (JSP) and Java Servlets.
- 2 – 5 years’ experience using Oracle PL/SQL.
- 5 – 7 years’ experience with HTML, CSS, _javascript_, PHP, and Ajax.
- 2 – 5 years’ experience using SQL Server 2005 or 2008.
- 2 – 5 years’ experience using Oracle 10g.
- 1 year experience in Unix/Linux.
- Ability to develop Oracle procedures, packages, views, and triggers.
- Working knowledge of how to use a Subversion repository is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel 2010 (Pivot Tables).
- Data analytical skills.
- Good communication |
