| Duties & Responsibilites : | Functional/Technical role:-
PeopleSoft HCM consultant with a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience with PeopleSoft Workforce Administration/Payroll and Benefits Administration. Project involves conversion/movement of processes/data from a fully integrated PeopleSoft HCM system to other third party systems in stages. Individual needs to have deep knowledge and understanding of core foundational tables and people data elements associated to each module in order to facilitate conversions from the PeopleSoft system to the other third party software solutions as well as enable new feeds of setup/employee information back into the system in order to keep other modules operational until retirement.
Required Skills:-
- 8-10 years experience PS HCM, Workforce Administration/Payroll, Benefits Administration,
Preferred Skills:-
- PeopleSoft Pension Administration
- Oracle Financials |
