Duties & Responsibilites :

Technical Architect with 7-8 years of Experience in Troubleshooting & Support of Avaya ICR
 
Hands on experience on Support & Trouble shooting for Avaya ICR – resolving Call routing issues
Hands on experience on support & trouble shooting of Avaya Voice Portal &

Should have worked on Data Center Environment & familiar with Call Center Technical Operations support & Process
 ITIL Certified will be preferred but knowledge of ITIL processes will must for selected candidate
