| Duties & Responsibilites : | 1) HCM Technical (ABAP-HR)- Senior Consultant • 5 - 8 years of experience as SAP HCM Technical Consultant (ABAP-HR) and should have worked on implementations and Support projects. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on coding interfaces, reports, enhancements built on SAP-HCM modules especially Payroll and Time. • Should be able to work on SAP scripts, Smart forms, developing and upgrading Module pool programs, BDC, BADIs, User Exits, bug-fixing in the existing code, etc. • In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting. • Good understanding of domain knowledge of HCM modules - Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Time (negative) and Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Employee self-service and Performance Management modules would be a plus. • Should be able to Manage the ABAP-HR objects independently (coding, reviews, estimations) • Work well in team environment and in a SAP project environment. • Should have excellent communication skills. • Should be Customer focused. • Should be able to Provide reliable estimates and do planning. • Should be able to Mentor the Team. • Should be able to Review Team’s deliverables to ensure Quality and Timely delivery. • Demonstrate initiative and mobility. • Should be able to Define potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements. 2) HCM Technical (ABAP-HR)- Team Lead 8 - 12 years of experience as SAP HCM Technical Consultant (ABAP-HR) and should have worked on implementations and Support. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on coding interfaces, reports, enhancements built on SAP-HCM modules especially Payroll and Time. • Should be able to work on SAP scripts, Smart forms, developing and upgrading Module pool programs, BDC, BADIs, User Exits, bug-fixing in the existing code, etc. • In depth understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting. • Good understanding of domain knowledge of HCM modules - Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Time (negative) and Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Employee self-service and Performance Management modules would be a plus. • Should be able to Manage the ABAP-HR objects independently (coding, reviews, estimations) • Should be able to do solution definition and validation • Should have excellent communication skills. • Work well in team environment and in a SAP project environment. • Lead a project at different phases from customer problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development, deployment and ongoing support. • Assisting in the project management. • Team mentoring. • Reviewing Team’s deliverables to ensure Quality and Timely delivery. • Overall coordination within own team & with other teams for the area of responsibility. • Provide reliable estimates and do planning. • Defining potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements. • Productivity improvement initiatives. • Quality improvement checks. • Demonstrate initiative and mobility. |
