| Duties & Responsibilites : | The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Development Team. Programmers typically are involved one or more agile (SCRUM) sprints and report to the Lead Programmer, Software Architect, or the Application Manager.
Normally the Lead Programmer or Software Architect will design and prototype the target product. The team then will break the deliverables down into a set of tasks (may be UI or service-related). Every member of the development team is required to track and estimate hours for each of their tasks. Once a development task is assigned to the programmer, it is up to that programmer to follow the architectural and development standards and complete the task, working either on their own or in a smaller team. Programmer may have to track down business rules while interacting with the Business Owners or the Business Analyst.

Mandatory Skills:
Consecutive years as Lead and/or Senior Developer using C# and MS .Net technologies
Consecutive years and expert using MVC pattern using version 2, 3, and 4.
Consecutive years and expert in programming with ASP.NET using Visual Studio.
Experience in programming against Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
Consecutive years and expert in programming with AJAX using jQuery AJAX functionality
Expert with PL/SQL and stored procedures
Expert in creating and implementing Web Services
Experience with participating in SCRUM and/or Agile methodologies
Experience in working alone on development projects
