| Duties & Responsibilites : | Mandatory Skills: - Communicate effectively, verballly and in writing, with business, technical, and executive teams. - Experience in creating training materials for non-technical staff. - Experience in performing training sessions on software products for non-technical staff. - Plan and perform detailed functional testing on software products. - Perform work effort estimations for software product freatures using agile methodologies. - Identify, document and track software product freatures, enhancements and defects. - Identify, troubleshoot, and traige issues reported by non-technical staff. - Knowlege and experience with advanced SQL techniques using Oralce and MS SQL Server - Experience in mitigation and migration of product releases with users, business and technical teams. |
