Duties & Responsibilites :	Bachelor of Science higher required or 5 years' work experience in IT / computer operation / Engineering * 3 years' experience in UNIX / Windows operating systems * 3 years' experience with ticketing system; Peregrine or Service Manager * 3 years' experience with Microsoft office skills. * Excellent Writing skills Support different flavors of Storage; - EMC :  - 3 year experience in VMX, Clarion, and SDRF - Have the ability to allocate and reclaim storage on all EMC storage frames. - Brocade switches experience:  have the ability to setup via command line or GUI. - SVC: - 1-2 years' experience in allocating and decommissioning storage behind SVC - Solve complex problems - Flexible hours - Manage small projects - Manage incidents that affect business cycles.
