| Duties & Responsibilites : |
- Manages a collection of related project engagements that make up a program. Directly manages or oversees the management of program component projects.
- Responsible to identify, define and manage the overall program project plan, execution, resource management, issue tracking, quality, change management, risk management, communications and budget.
- Provides task assignments, work direction and guidance to the program and project teams to achieve quality results.
- Ensures project management process and procedures are adhered to on all projects within the program
- Act as liaison between stakeholders, sponsors and steering functions.
- Coordinates inter-project dependencies, including with projects outside of the program.
- In the absence of an assigned program, may be assigned larger, complex individual projects to manage as an expert in project management.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (CAPM), required.

Program Management Professional (PgMP), preferred.
