Duties & Responsibilites :	Requirements:   The Business Data Analyst should be helping to improve business processes through investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a data life cycle in terms of business functions and processes. Must have strong understanding of health care domain end to end Healthcare Provider business knowledge.       The analysts will be part of the Master Data Management group with a focus on provider/member data domain, through understanding of account set up and maintenance, group enrolment, member validation, subscriber enrollment, fulfillment generation and member profiling. Through understanding of SDLC methodology both waterfall and agile. Ability to understand data models (both relational /dimensional); background in data modeling is a huge plus. Ability to do data profiling using SQL (Informatica PowerCenter a strong plus). Should be able to facilitate requirements in a group setting. Should have at least conceptual knowledge of MDM. Strong communication & documentation skills (written and verbal).
