| Duties & Responsibilites : |

The position is for a Build Engineer. The candidate must have Programming experience in C# on .NET platforms. Experience in Software Configuration Management practices is a plus. The candidate is expected to support with the team the daily activities which include:
-
software build and deployments to pre-prod and production environments, implementation of SCM practices, maintaining software release branches through branching and merging, and design and implement improvements to our processes.
Strong consideration will be given to candidates who have strong exposure to C# and .Net technologies.
Experience in the following such as C# development experience, build automation (Cruise Control, Team City, AntHill Pro, Hudson), Source Control (TFS, Dimensions, VSS), Issue Tracking (Serena Business Manager), and deployment automation (BMC BladeLogic) is preferred.
3 years of development using C#, .Net & ASP.Net
• Experience in implementing Software Configuration Management and Build/Release best practices and procedures
• Strong programming and scripting prowess.
• Expertise in Continuous Integration and toolsets (ie. Team City, Ant Hill Pro)
• Considerable Knowledge of programming practices such as Waterfall/Agile/XP/Scrum
• Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively across various business and technical groups
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships.
• Ability to flourish is fast paced company
• BS or equivalent in Computer Science or comparable degree Soft Skills:
• Self-Starter and motivated individual
• Passion for technology
• Effective communication skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
+ years of application build/release experience will be a plus
• Team City/Ant Hill Pro/Hudson are desirable
• Experience with Serena Dimensions and Business Manager are plus
• Experience with BMC BladeLogic are desirable
