Job Title : Java/J2EE Architects

Duties & Responsibilites : Desired Experience Include:
  • Recent professional experience in the design, development and implementation of telecommunications operations support systems in one or more of the following areas including
  • service order processing,
  • provisioning,
  • network monitoring and fault management,
  • element management,
  • inventory,
  • network creation, or service assurance.
 
Key responsibilities include:

1) Develop software using Java, EJB on Weblogic, Spring framework, JPA; and Hibernate
2) Develop software using TDD and automated unit tests using JUnit;
3) Perform unit and integration testing;
4) Work with Systems Engineers to review detailed technical requirements;
5) Translate detailed technical into software design;
6) Support System Testers to ensure system quality, functionality, and performance;
7) Support system in production.

Skills Required:
  • Java, Eclipse
  • J2EE EJB on Weblogic
  • Java Spring Framework
  • Java JPA and/or Hibernate
  • JUnit, TDD
  • Webservice, XML technologies (SOAP, JAXB, WSDL, XML BEANS)
  • Source Code Configuration management via Subversion, ANT, MAVEN
  • Telecom Service Order Processing/Datacom
  • Weblogic Admin
  • Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
